Bespoke Process

The pinnacle of sartorial elegance. Crafted to your exact specifications, blending heritage techniques with modern refinement.

The Craft

A meticulous journey from measure to final fitting.

Starting from $1,200

The Pattern

Every bespoke journey begins with a unique blueprint. Over 30 measurements are translated onto heavy draft paper, creating a pattern that belongs exclusively to you.

The Cut

Sourced from elite mills, the chosen cloth is hand-sheared, respecting the natural drape and grain of the material.

The Stitching

Thousands of hand stitches construct the internal canvas, giving the suit its living structure. This unseen architecture ensures the garment molds perfectly to your form over time.

How to Order Your Bespoke Suit

From the initial pencil sketch to final hand-pressed perfection—a six-stage bespoke commission honouring over two centuries of Savile Row tailoring tradition.

Timeline: 4–6 Weeks • 2–3 Atelier Fittings • 100% Hand-Crafted
01 Stage One • Initial Meeting

Consultation & Silhouette Design

Your commission begins with an in-depth conversation with our master tailor. We discuss your lifestyle, intended garment context (boardroom, evening gala, or wedding), and personal sartorial preference—from the structured British chest and roped sleevehead to the relaxed Neapolitan soft shoulder.

02 Stage Two • Raw Materials

Cloth & Trimming Selection

Explore a curated library of over 5,000 cloths from Europe’s pre-eminent weaving mills, including Loro Piana, Vitale Barberis Canonico, Dormeuil, and Holland & Sherry. Pair your cloth with natural horn or mother-of-pearl buttons, melton wool undercollar, and breathable Japanese cupro silk linings.

03 Stage Three • The Blueprint

Anatomical Measurement & Pattern Drafting

Over 35 distinct measurements are recorded by the cutter. We observe subtle biomechanical nuances including posture lean, natural arm pitch, shoulder slope discrepancies, and chest concavity. Unlike made-to-measure, an individual brown paper pattern is hand-drafted from scratch, archived under your name for future commissions.

04 Stage Four • First Fitting

The Baste Fitting (Toile Fitting)

Approximately two weeks after measurement, you attend the baste fitting. The suit is in its rawest skeletal state—held together solely by temporary white basting thread without lapels, linings, or finished seams. The master tailor pins, chalks, and unpicks seams directly on your silhouette to calibrate balance and drape.

05 Stage Five • Second Fitting

Forward Fitting & Precision Adjustments

With patterns adjusted following the baste trial, the floating canvas chest piece, horsehair interlinings, and pockets are sewn in. During this fitting, we scrutinize sleeve pitch, collar hug against the shirt collar, button placement, and trouser rise and hem break to millimetric accuracy.

06 Stage Six • The Reveal

Hand-Finishing & Final Delivery

Over 40 hours of artisanal hand-work culminate in the completed suit. Silk Milanese boutonnières are sewn by hand, edges pick-stitched, horn buttons anchored, and the suit receives an extensive hand-press with heavy irons. You try on your masterpiece in our salon before taking it home in a custom monogrammed garment bag.
