Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website (the “Site”) and the bespoke tailoring services offered by TailorMade Atelier (“TailorMade”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By browsing the Site, requesting an appointment, visiting one of our ateliers or commissioning a garment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

TailorMade is a bespoke tailoring atelier in Bangkok. We make suits, dress shirts, wedding wear, tuxedos, blazers, trousers, chinos and coats, each cut to the individual measurements of the client.

This Site is informational. Nothing is sold or paid for online: orders are agreed in person at one of our ateliers, or with our team by phone, email or messaging app, and are confirmed once you have accepted a written quotation.

Consultations, measurements and fittings take place by appointment at our ateliers or at one of our trunk shows. Submitting the appointment form is a request only; an appointment exists once our team has confirmed the date and time with you.

• Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so that we can offer the time to another client.
• Appointments missed without prior notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Initial fitting and measurements are complimentary with a secured deposit.

Every garment is cut from an individual pattern drafted to your measurements, in a fabric you choose from those we offer. Fabric availability depends on the mill and may change.

• Fabric selections are final once cutting commences.
• A commission typically involves an initial measurement and one or more fittings. We will work with you until the fit and finish meet our standard.
• Please attend fittings in a dress shirt and dress shoes that represent how you intend to wear the garment.

The timeline for a bespoke garment varies depending on fabric availability, the complexity of the design and the number of fittings. We will give you an estimated completion date when your order is placed. Estimates are not guaranteed and may move if a fabric is delayed at the mill or if changes are requested after cutting has begun.

If you cannot return for collection, we can arrange delivery to your hotel or address, or international shipping, on request. Delivery costs are agreed with you in advance, and delivery time is separate from production time.

Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) unless we agree otherwise in writing, and depend on the fabric, construction and styling details discussed during your consultation. Any prices shown on the Site are indicative only.

• A written quotation is provided before cutting begins.
• A deposit, confirmed in your quotation, is required to secure the fabric and begin pattern drafting.
• The balance is payable on approval of the final fitting, before the garment is released or delivered.
• Accepted payment methods are confirmed when you place your order.

Because every garment is cut to your individual measurements, standard returns and cash refunds are not available once cutting has commenced. Instead, we stand behind the fit: complimentary master alterations are provided at our atelier within 30 days of delivery if a garment does not feel right on arrival. • If a fitting imperfection arises, our obligation is to alter, adjust or, where necessary, remake the garment until it meets our quality standards.
• Subsequent alterations outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
• Adjustments arising from a change in your body measurements after collection, or from changes to the requested style after construction has begun, may incur a fee.

With your permission, our team may photograph finished garments or client portraits during fittings for use in our Gallery, on the Site and on our social channels. We will always ask first, and you can withdraw your permission or ask us to remove a photograph at any time by contacting us.

All text, photography, logos, brand marks, guides and other content on the Site belong to TailorMade or are used under license, and are protected by Thai and international copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our prior written consent.

The Site may link to or embed third-party services, such as Google Maps and Google Reviews. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TailorMade is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability in connection with any commissioned garment is limited to the amount you paid for that garment. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under Thai law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your privacy matters to us. How we collect and use your personal information, including your measurements and appointment details, is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
