Uncompromising Standards
Unlike industrially made suits or digital made-to-measure templates, every TailorMade bespoke commission originates from a blank sheet of drafting card, sculpted precisely to the contours, posture, and rhythm of your life.
The Journey
The Sartorial Process
From initial chalk line to finished hand-pressed perfection.
Silhouette Profiling & Styling
A comprehensive dialogue assessing your lifestyle and aesthetic desires. We define the foundational silhouette—comparing structured British military draping with structured roped shoulders against the relaxed, unlined softness of Neapolitan tailoring.
35+ Measurements & Blueprint Drafting
Our master tailor maps your posture, shoulder slope, wrist rotation, and lumbar lordosis across 35 distinct reference points. A dedicated personal cardboard blueprint pattern is hand-drafted specifically for your physique.
The Baste Fitting
The defining stage of authentic bespoke. You try on a skeletal prototype assembled with temporary white basting thread, no buttons, and exposed horsehair chest canvas. The cutter marks, re-sculpts, and chalks adjustments directly onto your frame.
Forward Fitting & Horsehair Canvas
The coat is unstitched, the paper pattern is updated permanently, and the garment is re-cut with full-floating horsehair canvas interlinings. Lapels are rolled by hand with thousands of pad stitches, creating a natural chest roll that molds to body heat over time.
Hand-Finishing & Final Delivery
Silken thread pick-stitching, functional surgeon’s cuffs with genuine horn buttons, silk lining insertions, and the artisanal Milanese boutonnière lapel hole. Iron-sculpted under heavy damp cloths before final delivery in a monogrammed garment carrier.
